Lifestyle for Better Living was established in March 2015. We evolved from the author's publication “Believe: A Cognitive Behavior Therapy Approach to Heal Naturally with Graves' Disease and Hyperthyroidism”. After struggling with Graves’ disease for several years and making simple lifestyle changes, Jinelle Williams, the author began a mission to educate men and women about achieving a healthy lifestyle and a balanced way of life.

Jinelle Williams is a transformational therapist and author. She received her Master's degree in Social Work from the University of Maryland, School of Social Work in Baltimore. She specializes in mental health treatment and the employee assistance program. Jinelle Williams helps individuals bring purpose to their lives using Cognitive Behavior Therapy and Motivational Interviewing.
