Lifestyle for Better Living was established in March 2015. We evolved from the author's publication “Believe: A Cognitive Behavior Therapy Approach to Healing Naturally with Graves' Disease and Hyperthyroidism”. After struggling with Graves’ disease for several years and making simple lifestyle changes, Jinelle Williams, the author began a mission to educate men and women about achieving a healthy lifestyle and a balanced way of life.
